Svemir Shipping, Hamburg, established in 1996, focuses on sea-transport of dry bulk commodities to serve the associated shipping industry. Its initial core business was dominated by classical ship-broking. As from 1998 Svemir commenced the Commercial Management for international ship- and cargo-operators, contracting short and long-term time-charter parties and booking cargo-contracts.

 

 

 

In 2004 the company’s subsidiary, Svemir Shipping Services, Novorossiysk (Russian Black Sea), took over the full Technical Management, including Crewing of an older handysize bulker. In 2007 one more sister-ship followed. The full Commercial Management of these two vessels had been assigned to Svemir Shipping GmbH, Hamburg.

 

 

 

In 2009 Svemir Ship Management GmbH & Co KG, Hamburg had been established to perform the Technical Management and Crewing that had been transferred from Russia to Hamburg. In 2013 Svemir Maritime Invest GmbH & Co KG had been launched.
